Ludwig Peene has broad international experience and a strong background in investment advisory, business development, and brokerage in financial products.
His financial career began in 2010 at BNP Paribas in corporate banking and investment advisory with a focus on offshore banking and brokerage. In 2014, he moved to the buy-side as an investment manager for Andreas Capital, Luxembourg, focussing on portfolio management, equity selection, and risk management. In 2017, Mr. Peene established his own financial services consulting firm centred on the Luxembourg market and offering Luxembourg life insurance solutions (through the LALUX Group), real asset brokerage, and advisory services.
In 2023, he also began offering fund distribution solutions for investment managers looking to develop their investor base in the Luxembourg and Belgian markets.
Mr. Peene is fluent in Dutch, English, French, German, and Luxembourgish. He holds a Masters Degree in Financial Management from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium and a diploma in Luxembourg taxation. In addition, he has been approved by the Commissariat aux Assurances in Luxembourg.
